Four Years at Berkeley, and a New Chapter
I graduated from UC Berkeley with a degree in Computer Science! Looking back on the past four years, I keep thinking about the communities that made Berkeley feel like home.
CS Kickstart helped me find confidence and belonging in computer science. It gave me people to learn alongside and, later, the opportunity to help create that same experience for incoming students.
Teaching CS61B became one of the most meaningful parts of my time at Berkeley. I loved building relationships through discussion, helping make difficult concepts more approachable, and learning from an incredible team of fellow teaching assistants.
Accel Scholars introduced me to a community of builders who pushed me to think beyond the classroom. Across these experiences, the people around me shaped how I approached learning, collaboration, and the kinds of work I wanted to do.
I’m thankful for everyone who believed in me, supported me, and grew alongside me during these four years.
This August, I’ll be joining Meta as a Software Engineer in the San Francisco Bay Area. I’m excited to keep building and learning, and to find community in this next chapter.
Go Bears! 🐻💙
